Rise Anyway™ Yoga isn’t about getting it right. It’s about getting honest. It’s about slowing down enough to feel what’s actually there.
Listening to your body instead of overriding it. Moving energy instead of holding it. Because yoga isn’t just asana. It’s breath. Awareness. Choice.

I didn’t come to yoga looking for a career. I came because something in me needed to shift.
After years of building businesses, leading teams, and pushing through burnout…
I realized I knew how to perform — but I didn’t know how to be.
Yoga changed that. It gave me:
- a way to regulate my nervous system
- a deeper connection to my intuition
- a framework for real transformation
What started as a practice became a path. Now, I teach from lived experience. Not from perfection but from doing the work. Because I believe: you don’t need to force your way into becoming. You need to reconnect to who you already are.
